Thomas Gold announces his WMC/MMW takeover!

Thomas Gold has established himself has one of the most beloved artists on the global dance music scene today. Whether it’s bringing his nonstop “Thomas Gold Presents Fanfare” world tour to cities large and small or lacing his DJ sets with tons of exclusive original productions and bootlegs, Thomas Gold goes the distance for his fans. With dance music’s most important week upon us, Thomas Gold marks his return to the USA after a much talked about sold-out performance at New York’s Roseland Ballroom (Check out the Roseland reap video here). He’s put together a schedule that will see him play seven special Miami Music Week events in just nine days.

Friday, March 15, it all kicks off at Space with “Thomas Gold Presents Fanfare” featuring special guests Feenixpawl & Otto Knows. The following night, Saturday, March 16, it’s Thomas Gold and Friends at Wall before he makes his weekend one appearance at Ultra on Sunday, March 17 with a performance on the “Megastructure” stage.

On Wednesday March 20, it’s time for one of those “only in Miami” events when Thomas Gold rolls out the “Fanfare Bus.” On this fans only edition of the fledgling touring brand “Thomas Gold Presents Fanfare,” Thomas Gold and special guests will perform on a state of the art bus which will act as a club on wheels.. Fans will have a chance to win a spot on the bus through mini competitions running on Thomas Gold’s social networks. This event will also be broadcasted online.

Thursday, March 21, Thomas links up with the Size Records crew for a spot on the Size Matters pool party at the Fontainebleau, while on Friday, March 23, Thomas Gold throws his second “Thomas Gold & Friends” party; this time at Mynt and with special guests CLMD, Arno Cost and Norman Doray. Thomas Gold closes the party with a main stage performance at Ultra on Saturday, March 24.

Keeping with the spirit of WMC/MMW, Thomas Gold will use his Miami shows as a testing ground for a bevvy of new tracks, remixes and his famous “Goldlegs.” With seven parties in such a short span, fans can expect the full Thomas Gold arsenal to be on display. The last time Thomas played in the States he tore the roof off Roseland with the aid of a banging drum line. You won’t want to miss what’s in store this time around when the whole dance music world is watching.

It’s been an amazing run for Thomas Gold who recently entered the DJ Mag top 100 for the first time and presented his debut BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix + 15 Minutes Of Fame with Pete Tong. With the continued success of his Thomas Gold Presents Fanfare World tour, his newest original track “Miao” (released on Calvin Harris’ Fly Eye Records) and his remix of One Republic’s “Feel Again” storming the dance floors Thomas brings a ton on momentum into Miami.
