Sony Music Entertainment Launches ‘noted. records’, a New Global Electronic Music Label

Sony Music Entertainment (SME) Germany is proud to announce the launch of ‘noted. records’, a new global electronic music label dedicated to cultivating electronic and techno culture and amplifying the voices of emerging artists.

Based in Berlin, a hotspot of electronic music culture, noted. records aims to provide a platform for electronic music artists globally, offering access to a wide network of artists, producers, writers, and resources. The label’s mission is to have a significant cultural impact and to cater to the ever-evolving electronic music scene.

The label will be overseen by Sony Music’s Vice President of A&R for Europe & Africa, Jean-Sebastien Permal, and Senior Product Manager Jenny Walzer, who also oversees marketing at Sony Music’s dance music label NITRON in Berlin.

To mark the launch of noted. records, the label is excited to announce its first signing, Anfisa Letyago, a talented DJ-producer known for her exceptional skills behind the decks and in the studio. Her highly anticipated track “Feelin” is released today, marking the beginning of her new chapter with noted. records and Sony Music.

“I’m thrilled to join Sony Music! It’s an honor to be their debut artist on the newly created ‘noted.’ I cannot wait for what’s to come,” said Anfisa Letyago.

“We recognized the need to provide a home for artists with a strong and unique musical and visual identity,” said Jean-Sebastien Permal, Vice President A&R Continental Europe & Africa, Sony Music Entertainment. “We are thrilled to have Anfisa Letyago as our first signed artist and are incredibly ambitious about her project.”

Sony Music Germany has a long history of developing the careers of successful electronic artists on a global scale, including multi-platinum awarded electronic producer Purple Disco Machine, platinum and gold-certified composer Avaion, and French electro legend Jean-Michel Jarre. With the launch of noted. records, the label is poised to make a significant impact on the electronic music scene.
