Sirius XM and Tritonal Announce New Show on Electric Area!

Sirius XM’s trance, electro and progressive channel Electric Area announces a new weekly program to their lineup. Austin-based DJ and production duo Tritonal will launch their anticipated radio show, Tritonia, on Saturday, April 5 at 2PM EST and will air new episodes every Saturday at the same time with rebroadcasts on Tuesdays at 8PM.

Recently earning a spot on MTV Clubland‘s “10 Artists to Watch in 2013” list and landing at #65 on DJ Mag‘s Top 100 DJs of 2012, Tritonal have ignited dance floors around the world with their energetic and unforgettable sets.Tritonia showcases Chad Cisneros and Dave Reed’s passion for music and commitment to their dedicated fanbase, “Tritonians,” through an hour-long mix of euphoric melodies, dirty beats and imaginative basslines. Their debut artist album Piercing the Quiet produced eight top 20 Beatport singles, including five that held the #1 position on the trance chart for weeks at a time. In September 2012, they released the follow-up Piercing The Quiet Remixed, which landed in the top 5 on the iTunes dance albums chart. In March 2013, they released the first in a 3 EP series entitled Metamorphic, with the lead single “Bullet That Saved Me” reaching #11 on the Beatport Progressive House chart.
